I provide Play Therapy for children and individual sessions for pre-teens adolescents and adults that may include expressive arts and sandtray techniques along with traditional talk therapy approaches. My fees range from $70-$105 for virtual sessions. I offer 15 minute consultations for prospective clients at no cost.

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. However, many insurance companies may reimburse you for session fees as an out-of-network benefit. To assist with obtaining reimbursement, I can provide you with documentation or a "super bill". If you are planning to obtain reimbursement using out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company prior to treatment to determine if:​

• you have out of network mental health benefits

• your mental health deductible and amount covered

• number of sessions you can get covered, what amount and when coverage starts and ends

• if a pre-authorization is required to see a provider

To support those who cannot afford traditional therapy fees, I am enrolled with Open Path, a collective that offers lifetime access to sliding scale counseling for a one-time subscription, plus the per session cost.
